About Me

Hi, I’m Lisa, and I’m passionate about helping people reclaim their health and take control of their metabolic conditions. With over a decade of experience, my goal is to provide clients with practical, personalised strategies that empower them to live healthier, more vibrant lives—without feeling overwhelmed by complicated health information.

I hold a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology, a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Management & Education, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise & Sports Science. My qualifications as a Nationally Recognised Nutritionist and Level 1 Wellness Coach further equip me to provide holistic, well-rounded support for clients managing Type 2 Diabetes, Pre-Diabetes, Insulin Resistance, PCOS, and weight-related challenges.

In addition to my formal education, I’m also a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, which allows me to support women navigating the unique health challenges that come with this phase of life.

My approach is simple and compassionate. I believe that health doesn’t have to be overwhelming or restrictive—it’s about creating sustainable changes that fit seamlessly into your life.
